  1. Hello Akhiz, congratulations on your blog and on your “About.” I especially like your comment about being a work in progress — we all are! (Even at my age…) That enduring curiosity and delight in life will serve you well. Thank you for following my blog.

  2. Began reading your posts today, starting with the latest. I have so much to say on every post, but not enough time. I need to follow your blog by email, I rarely see the reader.
I promise to return here. The poem Seed has intrigued me. So I’ll definitely be back to read it in depth insha’Allah.

  3. Mr MBA-HR
you are not only a master in administering human resources, but playing flawlessly with words too. The content in your blog is a reflection of your outstanding personality. Your poems set a fine example for me. They posses an unquestionable charm.

This short and simple “about” page of your’s speaks volumes of the simplicity in your character.

Keep up the good work you do πŸ™‚

  4. Hi Aziz, Thanks for your “like” and “follow” on my blog Needle at Sea Bottom. hirundine608.wordpress.com. Enjoyed your poetry. I’m not big on that sort of music, Metallica. My son is. You know you spelt it wrong? See, top of page. I do enjoy music of all sorts. I find electric guitar, over-used. As popular as it is. Lately I’ve been listening to Kate Rusby, Steve Earle and Fairport Convention. I follow melodeon.net and try to play. I started playing guitar over 50 years ago but a hand injury -left hand. Kinda saw the end to that. I like dulcimer, both Appalachian and hammered, mandolin and ukulele. If I was to name one fave electric guitar player? Would be Buddy Guy. So thanks once more for your connect and I return the sentiment of keep writing and posting! Cheers, Jamie.

    1. Thanks for the follow Jamie, yes i also find ukulele very interesting and plan to try my hand on it one day, thanx for pointing out the spelling πŸ™‚ you too got the spelling of my name wrong Akhiz πŸ˜‰ … since you mentioned Buddy Guy i like Chet Atkins from that era, im more towards rock and metal so i mostly listen to Joe Satariani, SteveVai, Paul Gilbert , Yengwie Malmsteen etc. i love electric guitar but like you said if i had to pick i wiold choose acoustic anyday, nothing sounds better that that one πŸ™‚
